With the present sculpture Barker takes us into the world of Lewis Carroll’s Alice adventures and particularly to the celebrated illustrations of John Tenniel.
The Mad Hatter appears at a tea party, where he is occasionally rude to Alice, and was restyled in 1948 as the supervillain adversary of Batman.
